Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant / Lead
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials, and hands-on experience across implementation and support projects.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities across business processes.
Provide functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Revenue, Tax, and Cash Management .
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Prepare functional and solution design documents .
Design and configure workflows, business rules, and processes aligned with business requirements.
Review and demonstrate new Oracle Cloud ERP features introduced through quarterly updates .
Validate end-to-end business processes following Oracle quarterly updates.
Provide functional inputs for designing Automated Functional Test Cases .
Explore and implement available Oracle Cloud ERP AI capabilities .
Collaborate with the team to build and utilize AI agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio .
Analyze and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise applications.
Plan and execute system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide production support.




Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation and user guides.
Participate across all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support .
Provide regular project status updates, risks, issues, and progress reports to the Project Manager and Client .
Act as a functional SME and provide guidance to business stakeholders and project teams.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, with strong Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
Experience working on at least 3 Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and/or support projects .
Strong functional knowledge of:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Revenue
Tax
Cash Management
Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes .
Hands-on experience with Fit/Gap Analysis, configuration, workflows, testing, UAT, and production support .
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and integration tools .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with clients and conducting demos and end-user training .
Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
Oracle ERP Cloud Certification is preferred.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly updates .
Exposure to Oracle AI capabilities within ERP .
Experience with Oracle Agentic AI Studio and AI agents .
Experience supporting enterprise-level Oracle Cloud ERP transformations.
Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
