What are your main tasks? Coordinate the professional development of direct reports.
Manage activities involving Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
Prepare and control the department's annual budget.
Monitor processes within the area of responsibility.
Ensure adherence to processes and delivery schedules in accordance with established targets.
Evaluate staff performance.
Periodically update staff job descriptions.
Participate in and oversee compliance with safety standards (GAP) within areas of responsibility.
Ensure a highly motivated workforce through effective leadership.
Communicate the company's culture and philosophy throughout the organization.
Foster the comprehensive development of the work team.
Develop succession, life,
and career plans for direct reports in collaboration with Human Resources.
Establish departmental objectives jointly with plant management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
Authority to halt non-conforming processes and/or products, as well as suspect shipments.
Report results and action plans regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) to plant management during management staff and operations meetings.
Represent management—internally and externally—at events relevant to the position.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.

Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineer (or related field)
