We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Backend .NET & Azure to lead the technical design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps , along with proven experience leading development teams and making architectural decisions.
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure .
Define and enforce architecture, coding, security, and quality standards.
Design scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .
Drive cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to developers.
Make technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and maintainability.
Design and implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures .
Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps .
Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, and technical issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and technical improvements.




Lead POCs and evaluate new technologies when required.

2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead / Technical Lead role.
Strong experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise architectures.
Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional English communication skills.
