reservations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations
Specialist to join our remote team and assist clients with booking
and managing travel reservations. Key Responsibilities Process
travel reservations accurately and efficiently Assist clients with
booking modifications and cancellations Verify reservation details
and travel documentation Respond to reservation inquiries through
phone, email, and chat Maintain accurate client and reservation
records Coordinate with internal team members regarding booking
requests Resolve routine reservation issues and escalate complex
concerns Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking




process Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Strong
communication and organizational abilities Ability to work remotely
and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office
and Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience with
reservation systems or CRM software Previous travel, hospitality,
