About the job

Operate the assigned unit safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and complying with process efficiency standards.

In your future role as Production Team Lead you will

- Lead operational personnel in compliance with procedures applicable to the designated area.
- Follow and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
- Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
- Monitor the completion of process logs and ensure they are properly completed and kept up to date.




- Monitor and accurately record production times daily in accordance with OEE guidelines.
- Follow the production plan in coordination with the supervisor’s instructions to ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, timing, and quality.
- Fully complete the documentation required by the Quality Management System (QMS), according to the applicable process.

We believe you bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 1+ years of experience
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Production Superintendent based in Los Reyes, MX.
