SOLO MEDIA GROUP is a Shopify-focused agency We work with interesting brands looking to migrate or launch on Shopify We've been around for 9 years and have a remote team with members based in the US, Canada, LATAM, and Europe.
Our design practice has grown, and we have a team of very talented creatives, but we're looking for someone to help us organize, schedule, and deliver projects.
A Design Project Manager
What you'd own:
- Design projects from kickoff to developer handoff
- Client communication — meetings, updates, decisions, follow-ups
- Plans, deadlines, hours, and approvals, kept current in Asana
- Designer workloads, so priorities are obvious
- Figma files that are organized and client-ready
- Scope creep and retainer overages, flagged early

This is project management. You don't design.



You make design possible.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years managing client-facing design projects at an agency or studio
- Must be comfortable using AI for daily work
- Comfortable in Figma — reviewing structure and readiness, not designing
- Solid grasp of UX/UI workflows, design systems, dev handoff
- Disciplined with Asana
- Clear writer, calm communicator, especially with hard updates
- Shopify or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Personable and likes working with clients
