I have a small family business in Vancouver, Canada named Tesso. We manage a few properties, Bed & Breakfasts as well as Short Term Rentals. We primarily use Airbnb as a platform to find guests. Our properties are mainly located on the suburb of North Shore (Vancouver), with a few units in downtown Vancouver. The position offered is to assist with customer service, as well as day-to-day operation of the business.
Previous education or experience is valued, but not necessary. I am patient and willing to show you everything. There is plenty of potential for growth as the business is young and expanding.
**Duties**
We are looking for an individual who can be available from 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM Vancouver time (Pacific Standard Time). The vigente work only takes 6-8 hours per day: most of the work is done during 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and some extra work is done from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.




The following are a few common tasks:
- Arrange to fulfill guest requests before, during, and after their stay
- Liaise with cleaning staff to arrange and maintain cleanliness of rooms and properties
- Liaise with repair technicians to arrange required repairs and maintenance of the properties
- Assist with property management by acting as a 24hr point-of-contact for properties
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 24-hour availability during work days for guest inquiries and emergencies
- Must have your own laptop and smart phone
**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
