**Role Description**
We are looking for an IT Head, responsible for ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.
**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.**
**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives
- Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements
- Determining and achieving SMART goals for IT systems
- Handling capacity planning
- Managing IT staff, including hiring, direct supervision, facilitating collaboration among departments and managing employee concerns and performance
- Identifying the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and reporting to upper management
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades,



migrations and outages
- Assisting in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
**Qualifications**
- Degree in IT/ CS or related fields.
- Experience of Cyber Security space is preferred.
- At least 7 years of working experience with different IT technologies and tools as a team lead.
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
