- Competency: Planning and organization / co-ordination and control / Desision making / communication skills / logical thinking and problem solving
**Responsabilities**:
- Assure at least 95% of weekly production plans, Safety leader, keep quality mindset based on produce good parts since first time, optimize resources to produce good parts
- Coordinate supervisors to achieve the weekly and monthly goals, looking training to develop them people and keep discipline in the shopfloor
