We are looking for a **Financing Solutions Specialist (Collections)** who is professional, results-driven, and confident discussing structured payment solutions with clients.
Position Overview
The Financing Solutions Specialist is responsible for proactively contacting eligible clients to present structured payment options that support the continuation of their legal cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact eligible clients to present structured payment incentives
- Explain payment options, including:
- Offer discounts for full upfront payment or for 3-month financing plans
- Address client questions regarding eligibility, terms, and benefits
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Guide clients through enrollment in discount or financing programs
- Ensure accurate completion of required documentation
- Update payment records and case statuses in CRM systems
- Track upfront payments and installment schedules
- Collaborate with Billing, Finance, Legal, and Client Services teams
- Follow up with clients on upcoming payments to ensure compliance
- Maintain daily and weekly tracking of:
- Participation rates
- Conversion rates
- Total amounts collected
- Average payment timelines




- Provide structured reports with insights and recommendations
- Participate in internal meetings and support payment-related campaigns
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication at all times
Required Qualifications
- Experience in **collections, financial services, client retention, or structured payment programs**:
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Confidence discussing financial terms and payment plans
- Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Professional, client-focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a **law firm or professional services environment**:
- Experience in KPI-driven environments
- Bilingual English/Spanish
