The Senior Material Transportation Manager is responsible for providing **strategic and operational leadership** for inbound transportation of productive materials, racks, and containers to Assembly and Powertrain plants. The role owns **network performance, cost control, carrier governance, and operational stability**, ensuring alignment with Stellantis transportation standards, plant requirements, and business objectives.
This position manages and develops a team of IBT Logistics Specialists and serves as the **senior transportation counterpart** to plant leadership, Carrier Development, Purchasing, LLP/3PL partners, and Finance. The Senior Material Transportation Manager drives **continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and network optimization**, while supporting new model launches, volume changes, and transformational initiatives.

+10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Transportation and / or Logistics planning), bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business,



Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to manage complex logistics networks and cross functional stakeholders. Leadership and Solving issue skills. Able to work in a team and other teams. English: Fluent conversation and business level writing.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Transportation and / or Logistics planning), bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to manage complex logistics networks and cross functional stakeholders. Leadership and Solving issue skills. Able to work in a team and other teams. English: Fluent conversation and business level writing. Cost and financial analysis is a plus.
