**A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Organized thinking**: Review and process T&E; reports on Concur Expense platform.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Perform corporate credit cards requests, blocks and deliveries to employees. Provide administrative support to Travel Agency
- **Customer Support**: Assist Travelers with the updates and maintenance of T&E; configurations, workflows, and audit rules to comply with Corporate Card and T&E; guidelines
- **Business Performance Analysis**: Support HR department with T&E; expenses of employees that leaves the company. Other duties and responsibilities related to the general KTravel strategy as assigned by management
**We’re Looking for Someone With**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Concur
- Attention to detail at a line-item level while completing repetitive work
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with clear, effective communication skills
- English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
