**Challenges**:
- Ensure the process complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000.
- Develop safety and environmental training programs.
- Coordinate the Safety Committee
- Conduct accidents investigations to establish corrective and preventive measures to avoid their recurrence.
- Verify that areas are always maintained in safe conditions, and if any defects are detected, report them to the maintenance department.
- Manage hazardous activities performed on-site.
- Ensure process generates and provides the expected outputs.
**Who are we looking for? (Requirements)**
- Education: Architect, Civil Engineer, Topographical Engineer, or related career.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar supervisory or coordination positions.
- Technical Knowledge: Safety standards (ISO 9001 and 14000, applicable NOMs) and risk analysis.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, effective communication, negotiation skills, and excellent conflict management.
