About the Job:
The Access Management Coordinator is responsible for managing system access across all client platforms, tools, and vendor portals for the Revenue Cycle Managed Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding, access provisioning and deprovisioning, troubleshooting, ongoing access maintenance, and Level One Help Desk support. The coordinator ensures all team members have timely, secure, and accurate access to the systems required to perform their roles while maintaining compliance with client security standards.
Responsibilities Include:Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Access Provisioning
- Coordinate and manage system access onboarding for new and existing team members across client platforms.
- Provision and configure access to Epic University, Vispa LMS, Epic Production, and Vispa Production environments.
- Set up and manage phone and fax system access.
- Facilitate access to client host systems and ensure proper role-based permissions.
- Coordinate access setup for insurance payer portals and communicate directly with client contacts.
- Work proactively with client stakeholders to identify access requirements and points of contact.
Insurance Portal Support
- Guide team members through self-registration processes for insurance payer portals.
- Assist users with initial login procedures and navigation.
- Provide first-time access support to ensure successful connectivity.
- Maintain updated documentation for portal registration requirements and procedures.
Ticketing & Issue Management
- Monitor and respond to Jira access-management tickets.
- Triage and prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement solutions.
- Open and manage support tickets with vendors and system administrators.
- Document ticket activity,



resolutions, and escalation paths.
Level One Help Desk Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for login issues, password resets, MFA support, and connectivity problems.
- Perform Level One troubleshooting, including browser cache/cookie clearing, network verification, VPN validation, and MFA setup assistance.
- Escalate advanced technical issues to IT support teams or vendors as appropriate.
- Maintain working knowledge of browser compatibility, common system errors, and access requirements.
- Log all support activities within Jira.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
Access Tracking & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive access tracking logs for all team members.
- Conduct periodic access audits.
- Coordinate timely deprovisioning for departing employees or role changes.
- Ensure compliance with client security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate access management reports as requested.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the liaison between operations teams, clients, and vendors regarding access management needs.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify access gaps and escalate issues proactively.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate future access requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.




- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, IT support, operations coordination, or related roles.
- Experience providing Level One Help Desk or technical support.
- Familiarity with ticket lifecycle management, issue escalation processes, and SLA awareness.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or medical billing operations.
- Familiarity with insurance payer portals and healthcare host systems.
- Experience with Epic, Vispa, or similar revenue cycle platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
- Experience working with third-party vendors.
- Help Desk certifications such as CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining internal knowledge bases or support documentation.
