Responsibilities- Takes the prepared data and generates invoices, ensuring all completedservice orders are accurately reflected.
- Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments to ensure timelycollection.
Handles billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzes and reviews service details, pricing, and required documentation toensure invoices are correct before submission.
- Collaborates with the Accounts Receivable department to verify paymentmethods and ensure efficient collection.
- Maintains organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated withaccurate billing information.
