We are looking for a strong and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Reciente León.This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and Key responsibilities include:Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations.Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results.Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance.Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardization, and operational excellence.Support customer requirements and on-time delivery performanceDevelop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven cultureSupport audits and internal/external compliance activitiesAct as the Plant Manager's key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations,
