This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group.
A successful incumbent is expected to
(i) Assist in the identification of the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and/or value-stream map (VSM) events, and
(ii) Collect, validate, and analyze data required to understand problem root causes, or key drivers of required results.
Requires 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing or Lean Engineer and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Lean Manufacturing Certification, Green Belt Certification.Assist in the identification of the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and/or value-stream map (VSM) eventsCollect, validate, and analyze data required to understand problem root causes, or key drivers of required resultsProvide process improvement training to applicable areas and support the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologiesSupport leadership with material preparation and events; conduct follow-up activities and training as needed to ensure project completion and optimal resultsDetermine critical business metrics and build dashboards, scorecards, and other measurement systems; help establish KPIsIdentify and drive improvement opportunities based on data,
