We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the platform thatpowers the future of real estate.
You will work across the entire stack — from React frontends to Javaand Node.Js backend services — owning features end-to-end and shipping software that agents andconsumers rely on daily.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain features across the full stack, from React UI to backend services andCollaborate on a distributed team, contributing through code review, architectural discussions, and the agile processTake ownership of critical parts of the codebase, ensuring stability, performance, and extensibilityHelp establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deploymentDe-risk product development by delivering new features while preventing regressions throughMentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical growthCommunicate progress, trade-offs, and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and teammatesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of professional software engineering experience,



with meaningful work on both frontend and applicationsBackend experience building services and APIs in Java or Node.JsWorking knowledge of relational and non-relational databases — particularly PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or RedisExperience with server-side architecture, design patterns, and microservicesFamiliarity with cloud-native development on AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, or similar)Experience with agile development processes and CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, encryption)Track record of mentoring other engineersPreferred QualificationsExperience with monorepo tooling and large-scale frontend codebasesFamiliarity with Elasticsearch for search and analytics workloadsExperience with Thrift or similar RPC frameworks for service-to-service communicationContributions to shared component libraries or design systemsInfrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation)#J-*****-Ljbffr
