The Project Management, Investments & Innovation Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of technical projects within the Technical Direction and Digital Transformation teams.
This role ensures project alignment with the Innovation MRO roadmap and digital transformation strategy, fostering clear communication across departments and providing guidance in project management and governance to project pilots, including risk identification and management of scope.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of projects including those within digital transformation, innovation initiatives across the MRO networkFacilitate communication and collaboration between engineering and management teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance with deadlines,



and a mindset focused on continuous improvementHandle risk provision and manage risk reduction and opportunity optimization plansOversee budget control, monitoring CapEx and OpEx expenditures to ensure alignment with annual forecasts, and identify new opportunities for investment and asset optimization within the departmentResponsible for supervising and lead all the functional representatives needed for the assigned projectsQualificationsBachelor's DegreeAdvance English skillsAt least 3 years of experience in planning or managing projects, as well as the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teamsRequired SkillsSCRUMProficient with MS ProjectProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
