Job Description – HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Location:Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: VP of Human Resources About Us We are a growing international HR and staffing organization that supports U.S. and Mexico-based companies by providing end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and HR operational services.

We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialistto support our department.
Position Summary The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations.
This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.
This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support - Review, sort,
and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes - Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics - Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows - Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications & Requirements Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Reside in Monterrey, Reciente León - Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), as needed.
