We are looking for Semi-Senior Software Engineers with experience in Python and Rust to join our team.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Python and Rust.Identify bottlenecks in our Python applications and optimize them by rewriting critical modules in Rust.Collaborate on the design of scalable, secure, and highly available architectures.Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code (unit and integration testing).
RequirementsBackend Experience: 3+ years of software development experience using modern programming languages.Python Proficiency: Strong experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, along with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio).
Rust Experience:



1–2 years of hands-on experience (or demonstrable personal projects), with a solid understanding of key concepts such as the Borrow Checker, memory management without a Garbage Collector, and safe concurrency.Databases: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB).
