Objetivo del puesto:

- Ensure reliable accounting processes and compliance
- Drive process improvement and act as a valuable finance partner to stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITY 1:

Ensure Reliable Accounting

- Record, control and report transactions in the area of responsibility
- Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support audits.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and financial statements validation




- Ensure good financial reporting based on understanding of data

RESPONSIBILITY 2:

Improve Processes

- Actively design, document and communicate internal processes in the area of responsibility to stakeholders
- Contribute to constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency)
- Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specific subprocesses.

RESPONSIBILITY 3:

Be an Accounting Value Partner

- Provide Provide financial insights and alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigating controls
- Consult and bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs and processes.
