What you'll do: Job Summary Responsible for providing support to manufacturing and welding operations, developing manufacturing work instructions, conducting PFMEA activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing capital projects.
Job Responsibilities - Identify necessary requirements and tooling to increase productivity - Support the design and development of fixtures for assembly - Participate in the preventive maintenance program.
- Development of Auto CAD drawings - Assist in the completion of reports, graphs and other manufacturing documents - Know ECO's procedures and deploy production documents.
- Coordinate needs for new transfers for successful implementation - Provide input to improve their work.
- Zero accidents.
- Meet the training courses assigned to the training system, according to the functions performed.
- The incumbent will have the responsibility to implement these functions and other activities as assigned by his manager.




- To set up the all appropriated appointments and meeting for meet committed dates in project ejection and implementations - To establish open communication with design centers for project definitions and support - Elaborate bi-weekly summary of projects and engineering metrics - Support Engineering Manager in the analysis of all Welding specs Qualifications: - Education level required Bachelor of Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering degree is required or related.
- Years and area of experience required 5 to 7 years of previous experience in manufacturing - Experience working with machining and welding processes in a manufacturing environment - Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical knowledge Must show proficiency in reading and interpreting fabrication, machining and casting drawings, - ANSI and ASME knowledge, ProLaunch knowledge, - Autocad, Pro E - knowledge Skills: - Soft skills - Strong leadership - Strong problem solving and Project Management skills, - Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, - Ability to work with functions outside of Engineering for the common good of Eaton.
