We're hiring: Sales and DND Director for Changan Mexico We're looking for a Sales and DND Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.
What we're looking for: - ~10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks - ~ Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position - ~ Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market - ~ Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability - ~ Strong negotiation and leadership skills - ~ Advanced English C1 - ~ Availability to travel - ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus Main responsibilities:



- Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets - Grow and strengthen the Changan dealer network - Follow up on dealer performance and profitability - Develop sales processes and improvement plans - Work closely with Network Development, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance - Lead and develop the Sales team Mexico City | Polanco If you have experience in the automotive industry and are interested in joining Changan during an important stage of growth in Mexico, we'd like to hear from you.
