Role Description
This part-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in San José del Cabo, BCS.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage guests, build rapport, and provide clear, courteous support.
Proficiency in Sales, including prospecting, presenting, and closing, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
Experience or ability in Training and Sales Management to support team learning, share best practices,



and help drive consistent performance.
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or vacation ownership sales is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in San José del Cabo, BCS, with a versátil schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, and presentation software) to track leads and prepare materials.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
