Job Summary: Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled.
The spin is planned for Q******.
If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Site.
The Master Scheduler role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.
Typical Day - Create daily production schedules - Supervise that deadlines are met - Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization - Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management - Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues - Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime - Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials - Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization - Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage - Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues - Provide training to staff members as required - Report key metrics as required Experience we're looking to add to our team - BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
- Solid experience in production control - Knowledge of planning - Intermediate English - Experience in data analysis - Advanced Excel skills - Knowledge of MRP (Baan) - Experience with inventory and continuous improvement during implementations - Work order management - Logical reasoning - Communication skills - Schedule availability - Work under pressure.
