Job Summary
This position provides support to operations by allocating resources to audit the process or products. This position will ensure the plant's compliance with process or product specifications. The quality engineer will also interact with customers to address and solve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
This position provides support to operations by allocating resources to audit the process or products. This position will ensure the plant's compliance with process or product specifications. The quality engineer will also interact with customers to address and solve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Assure that product shipped meets internal and external customer requirements.
Develop and implement corrective actions.
Prepare corrective action responses necessary.
Host Source inspectors and/or Customer Auditors as needed.
Provide technical support to both internal and external customers and suppliers as needed.
Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures,



policies, and standards.
Lead Quality Inspectors, training and development.
Internal PPAP preparation and process approvals.
Lead and take part of the Material Review Board
R. Comply with and adhere to the policies and procedures established in the applicable Management Systems (EQMS, MESH, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ISO ****:****, and ISO *****:**** standards) to ensure compliance with the Management System
Education level required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Years Of Experience Required
Minimum of 4 years in process quality
Area Of Expertise
Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
Technical Knowledge
GD&T.;
Windows OS.
MS Office software
Electrical or Metal Mechanical Industry.
Quality audits.
Technical proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis (FMEA) models.
Fluent in English
