Develop communication strategies and tactics to position Ford and Lincoln de Mexico.
Identify reputational risks and activate the Crisis Management Manual, defining messages and spokespersons.
Manage interview requests, prepare spokespersons, and follow up on pitching.
Organize editorial meetings and prepare statements/Q&As; for sensitive topics.
Coordinate events and sponsorships with the events area and validate supplier scopes of work.
Follow up on event checklists, invitations, logistics, spokespersons, rehearsals, and post-event reports.
Coordinate launches with Marketing and integral teams and oversee external CSR communications.
Manage influencer relationships, vehicle loans, and social media content approvals.
Prepare and approve press releases according to topic and defined review levels.
Monitor traditional media, digital media, and social networks; coordinate monitoring services and bulletins.
Generate daily highlights, monthly E-News, OCM Scorecard, FactSheet, and event/launch reports.
Coordinate press vehicle loans according to the Public Relations Fleet Policy.
Prepare Business Cases and RQs in Aurora/Ariba; follow up on budgets and invoice approvals.
Requirements
Speak, write and read fluent English.
Ability for developing written texts / storytelling.
Handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Communication and interpersonal relations abilities.
Event organization and planning.




Follow-up and control of supplier's payments.
Excellent relationship management with vendors and journalists.
Communication skills: writing, drafting, and relationship building with media/audiences.
Highly organized individual, with the ability to work across multiple areas and multitask.
