Our Team:
You will be part of the TIS Division, collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to drive operational excellence and business success.
What You Will Do:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations
Ensure achievement of delivery, cost, and quality targets
Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Develop, coach, and lead the operations team
Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs
Foster a high-performance culture
Support 5S, EHS, and Quality programs




Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
10+ years of manufacturing experience in the automotive and/or electronics industry
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Advanced English proficiency
What Will Put You Ahead:
Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications
Experience with ERP and MES systems
