We're opening Mexico and we're looking for a Principal Consultant with an established book of business — someone ready to bring their clients, scale them with us, and lead this market.

We are a general headhunting and Employer of Record firm, helping US and European tech companies build teams across Latin America through direct headhunting, not job postings.

We're one of the very few firms in the world combining headhunting and EOR under one roof — two solutions, one conversation, and a model that's working extremely well. We started with 4 people in 2020 and we're almost 20 today. Colombia and Brazil are active. Mexico is our next chapter.

You will own the Mexico desk. This role is built for someone who already has clients and is looking for the right platform to scale them further — with the infrastructure, brand, and EOR offering most boutique firms can't compete with.

This isn't about starting from zero. It's about accelerating what you've already built.

— You already have an established book of business — clients you've built relationships with over the years

— You've developed and managed relationships with US, European, or international companies

— You're confident negotiating fees directly with CTOs, VPs,



and senior decision-makers

What We Need

— 8+ years in recruitment, executive search, or senior specialist hiring

— An existing portfolio of client relationships you can bring with you

— Proven track record of independently developing clients and closing mandates

— Experience in Tech, Fintech, Telecom, E-commerce, or Data Centers is a strong plus.
