Senior Operational Procurement Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Operational Procurement Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process while contributing to general procurement programs, data-driven initiatives, and continuous improvement. This role combines advanced operational procurement expertise with analytics, technology, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities to support a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Create, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues involving purchase orders, invoices, payments, discrepancies, and exceptions.
- Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support business decisions and process optimization.
- Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven analyses.
- Manage or support commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems, including platforms such as Concur and ERP solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency through Power Automate, APIs, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive alignment, resolve complex operational challenges, and ensure effective execution across global regions.
