About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer / Paid Media Manager to take ownership of campaign execution, performance management, testing, and budget allocation across multiple paid media channels.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who understands direct-response advertising and knows how to manage campaigns based on data.
You’ll work closely with creative, copy, sales, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are properly executed, continuously tested, and optimized for acquisition efficiency and profitability.
The adecuado candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing significant ad spend across multiple accounts while maintaining accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Bid Strategy
- Build, launch, and manage direct-response advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, bidding, and campaign structures to maintain acquisition efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, audiences, and placements.
