About the Role

As a People Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with employees and line managers, you will provide HR operational support, coordinate key people processes, and ensure compliance with integral standards and local requirements.

What You Will Do
- Employee Support:



Respond to employee and line manager inquiries, providing timely guidance and resolution while delivering an excellent service experience.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, communications, and logistical arrangements.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage and process employee changes such as job movements, leave requests, absences, and other HR transactions within HR systems.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed according to established workflows and compliance requirements.
- Policy Guidance: Provide support and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations documentation and support case coordination activities.
- HR Initiatives & Process Execution: Support the local implem
