This role is officially remote across Mexico, which creates meaningful flexibility — but with an important caveat: candidates within 80 km of Nextiva's Guadalajara/Zapopan office are expected to work onsite. If you're not in that radius, you're fully remote within Mexico.

Timezone constraints are real here. The role involves direct video calls with customers and proactive outbound engagement — almost certainly targeting US-based SMBs (the job explicitly values experience supporting US customers). Expect to align your working hours to US Central or Mountain time zones (CST/MST), roughly 9am–6pm. This limits pure nomad flexibility to destinations in compatible timezones: Mexico City, Oaxaca, Medellín (Colombia), or Bogotá are practical options if you're within Mexico or allowed to work from there.
