Bray is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing & Web Manager to lead the development, optimization, and governance of our integral digital ecosystem. This position will oversee corporate websites, SEO/AEO initiatives, analytics, marketing technologies, localization programs, and social media strategy while leading a multidisciplinary digital team that supports business growth worldwide

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Website Management
- Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Bray's global websites.
- Guide user experience, content structure, navigation, search, mobile performance, and customer-facing enhancements.
- Prioritize digital projects that support customer engagement, lead generation, and business needs

SEO, AEO & AI Search Optimization
- Direct search engine optimization, technical search health, keyword visibility, indexing, and organic traffic initiatives.
- Advance answer engine optimization and visibility across emerging AI-driven search platforms.

Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Own website analytics,



Power BI reporting, and recurring digital performance reviews.
- Analyze traffic, engagement, campaign, product-page, geographic, and AI-referral trends.

Marketing Technology & Platforms
- Oversee marketing workflow and ticketing applications, including requirements, enhancements, user access, and operational support.
- Coordinate with IT and developers on integrations, security, architecture, and scalability.
- Evaluate marketing, translation, automation, and AI-enabled technology opportunities.

Localization, Content & Digital Development
- Support multilingual websites, translation workflows and tools, glossary management, and localization governance.
- Direct deployment of product-page improvements, visual assets, animations, content, and digital functionality.

Social Media
- Lead governance and strategy of a unified global Social Media strategy
- Manages and drives detailed monthly Social Media calen
