About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our hiring managers and interviewers.
You will work directly alongside our Talent Advisor, taking ownership of interview scheduling, logistics, and partner in sourcing top talent for key open roles.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Logistics & Coordination
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule complex multi-stage interviews (phone screen, technical assessments, panel interviews, and executive loops)



using tools like Google Calendar / Outlook and Microsoft Teams / Zoom.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering prompt, warm, and professional communication.
- Interview Prep: Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, preparation materials, and logistical details to candidates and interview panels.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively manage last-minute schedule changes, reschedules, and unexpected delays with agility and grace.

Talent Advisor Collaboration & Sourcing Support
- Sourcing Support: Work directly with the Talent Advisor to build candidate pipelines by proactively sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Applicant Screening: Assist in reviewing incoming resumes and applications against job requirements to flag strong potential matches.
