Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Payroll Senior Analyst for US is responsible for overseeing and providing guidance/support to the end-to-end payroll process for the organization´s business partners assigned within their Region & Market of coverage.



This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with Pay Policies & Practices, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues. The role involves generating trust and strong business relationships with the Sector, analyzing payroll data, implementing improvements to payroll procedures, and collaborating with HR and Operational teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives.

Your Impact

As a Payroll Senior Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Guarantee execution of US portfolio services focused on Sales and Service Ops.
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreement timing and delivery while working on process improvements and time optimizations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies to enhance business processes.
