About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our hiring managers and interviewers.
You will work directly alongside our Talent Advisor , taking ownership of interview scheduling, logistics, and partner in sourcing top talent for key open roles.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Logistics & Coordination
Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule complex multi-stage interviews (phone screen, technical assessments, panel interviews, and executive loops)



using tools like Google Calendar / Outlook and Microsoft Teams / Zoom.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering prompt, warm, and professional communication.
Interview Prep: Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, preparation materials, and logistical details to candidates and interview panels.
Troubleshooting: Proactively manage last-minute schedule changes, reschedules, and unexpected delays with agility and grace.
Talent Advisor Collaboration & Sourcing Support
Sourcing Support: Work directly with the Talent Advisor to build candidate pipelines by proactively sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
Applicant Screening: Assist in reviewing incoming resumes and applications against job requirements to flag strong potential matches.
