S. customers in the commercial refrigeration market. We have a brand new factory in Tecate and we're scaling from approximately $15 million toward $100 million in revenue , and we're building the people, systems and execution capability to make that possible.
We're looking for a Customer Project Coordinator who loves creating order out of complexity, bringing people together and making things happen.
You'll become the connective tissue between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance .
When a new customer project opportunity comes in, you'll help drive it, connecting with engineering, sourcing, material readiness, customer approvals, validation, production and ultimately shipment.
Can influence Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and other teams without needing to be their boss.
Communicate confidently with customers in both English and Spanish.
Can manage multiple projects, schedules, milestones and action lists without losing the details.




Enjoy manufacturing and want to understand how products actually move from an idea and engineering drawings to production and the customer.

Our Sales team should be able to ask you about a project and get a clear answer without launching an investigation.
We're looking for someone with roughly 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, engineering coordination, customer operations or a related field.
Manufacturing experience and professional English/Spanish are required .
Experience with OEM manufacturing, new-product introductions, production planning, BOMs, engineering changes, Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a strong plus.
