Payroll & HR Operations Analyst
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting payroll administration and HR operations activities, ensuring accurate processing of employee records, payroll-related transactions, benefits administration, and personnel documentation. Provides support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR administrative processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll-related activities, including attendance, sick leave, pension, and Infonavit processes. Process payroll deductions and employee data changes. Prepare and maintain payroll and personnel administration reports. Perform mass employee data updates and maintain records within the HRIS. Administer employee files and ensure personnel documentation is up to date. Process employee terminations and related documentation. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including life insurance, savings fund,



and grocery voucher enrollment. Manage pension-related documentation and payments. Prepare onboarding documentation and support new hire administrative processes. Issue employee IDs and coordinate access administration. Provide first-level support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel administration inquiries. Guide employees in the use of HR platforms and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in payroll and personnel administration. Knowledge of HRIS systems. Strong Excel skills. English is desirable. Ability to work independently with general supervision and handle routine operational issues. Working Conditions 100% on-site position. Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:36 p.m.
