This position requires deep expertise in Design for Sourcing, Build-to-Print, and New Product Introduction (NPI), along with a strong foundation in procurement, engineering, and global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will engage critical suppliers, establish strong cross-functional operating rhythms,



and align sourcing strategies with broader business priorities to deliver measurable results across global program. This position reports to the Integral Sourcing Leader and will be based in Plano, TX or Matamoros, Mexico.
