We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist - Senior to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Business Unit , located in General Escobedo, Nuevo León.
Location: Carr. a Colombia S/N-KM 6, Sin Nombre, 66050 Cdad. Gral. Escobedo, N.L.
Work Modality: 3 days on site, 2 days home
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develops and executes strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities and objectives, bringing together content, communications, digital channels, events, and project execution.
Creates, writes, edits, and delivers clear and compelling content, messaging, and communications while following Cummins brand and style guidelines.
Simplifies complex business and technical information into engaging, audience-focused messages.
Manages and supports marketing budgets, financials, and vendor-related expenses.




Plans and executes internal and external events and marketing activities.
Develops and delivers presentations and functional training to support stakeholders and business needs.
Collects, analyzes, and leverages metrics, data, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stays current on digital tools, emerging trends, communication channels, and marketing best practices.
Leads additional marketing and product marketing activities as needed to support evolving business priorities and the unique needs of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimium 5 years' experience with digital marketing, including emerging trends, digital business strategies, performance metrics, paid and organic media, and advertising content, preferred in Commercial Truck sector
Experience with graphic design and visual communications, with the ability to develop engaging conte
