Execute Technical Program Management for complex, data-driven initiatives within Automation and Autonomy, supporting the Blue River Technologies Autonomy Program Management Organization from ETEC.
Translate local action plans into clear team and program objectives aligned with broader business and technology strategies, driving cross-functional execution.
Lead technical programs through influence without formal authority, aligning engineering, product, data, and platform teams around roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain an Agile execution framework, ensuring alignment between strategy, technical milestones, and day‐to‐day work across teams.
Apply data analytics, statistics, and AI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities,
