About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic customer programs and cross‑functional project teams within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing new product introductions, transfers, and ongoing production programs while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

The adecuado candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in project management, customer relationship management, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross‑functional teams to successfully execute new product launches, transfers, and production programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate project status, milestones, and action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Lead customer reviews and business performance meetings.
- Support commercial activities including quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance metrics including production adherence, delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage demand planning, purchase orders, inventory performance,



and other customer‑related operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Ensure projects meet financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

- Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic Planning.
- Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer relationship management experience.
- Financial and operational business acumen.
