- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for vehicle electronics components
- Use category management practices to drive cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Build commodity and market intelligence, including cost structures and manufacturing processes
- Lead cost-target and value-management initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Own program sourcing from initial contract award through final design award
- Lead strategic cost-review sessions and quarterly business reviews
- Present sourcing performance and strategy to key stakeholders
- Partner with product development, finance, and supplier quality teams
- Source high-quality parts and services while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery
- Help establish the supply chain for next-generation connected and electrified vehicles

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing vehicle electronic commodities
- Strong analytical skills, including sourcing evaluations and business case studies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of cost analytics, commodity cost drivers, and part cost breakdowns




- Strategic mindset and awareness of automotive industry trends and challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with enterprise procurement/ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms
- Ability to travel for business as needed
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and oral
