- Lead the development of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and effectively communicate insights to managers and budget owners.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A;, and Tax teams to ensure accurate cost recording and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management review.
- Support project planning through financial estimations, cost modeling, and resource allocation.
