ensuring content, currency, and functionality are properly localized for each market and coordinating with country managers on regional requirements.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall site efficiency.
Implement SEO/GEO best practices and track website performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
QA checks, code review support, ClickUp/task workflows) to improve team efficiency and site quality.
