We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Reporting Team and help drive the evolution of topic analytics from traditional rule-based approaches to next-generation AI and Machine Learning powered topic intelligence. This role will contribute to the High Throughput Topic Analytics initiative, developing scalable methods for topic discovery, analysis, and insight generation across large-scale customer experience datasets. Working closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, and Analytics teams across Mexico, India, and South America, the successful candidate will help build intelligent capabilities that power enterprise reporting, monitoring, and customer experience insights.

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Reporting Team, you will lead the development of AI-powered Topic Analytics solutions using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.
Build scalable NLP and GenAI pipelines capable of processing large volumes of customer experience and conversational data.
Develop experimentation frameworks to benchmark and optimise topic quality, relevance, and business impact.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
~5+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or NLP.
~Strong programming skills in Python.
~ Demonstrated experience with machine learning and data science frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch or TensorFlow, SpaCy, LangChain or LangGrap
