Job Description

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification efforts.



This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers aligned with the company’s adecuado customer profile
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions within CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and maintain engagement
- Track outreach performance metrics including calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates
