This role is adecuado for someone with a strong combination of HR systems knowledge, workforce analytics, data management, and business intelligence , who can transform complex HR data into actionable insights.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Experience supporting payroll-related HR data and issue resolution.
- Experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
